Ever wondered what it would be to try Japanese flavours with French bistronomie? Here’s your chance.
AD Singh and Naina de Bois-Juzan have combined their extraordinary vision and passion for Franco-Japanese food to launch a hip new pop-up bar, Tokyo Mon Amour (Tokyo, My Love). Adding to the awesomeness is Chef Vikram Khatri, who has wow'd us with a delicious menu featuring small bites and inviting cocktails with Franco-Japanese elements. Think Nicoise salad-inspired Tuna tataki, tempura sushi rolls with wasabi-citron soy or even potato au gratin with spicy cod roe, all catering to satisfy your culinary cravings. Besides an exciting and flavourful nibbles fare, Tokyo Mon Amour offers spectacular wine pitchers and cocktails laden with notable ingredients from both the countries.
If you’re looking for a sassy new place to head to after work, or fancy catching up with friends, make sure this is the one!
