BLUEBERRY MOJITO
What you need:
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup freshly squeezed lime juice
3 tablespoon sugar
30 fresh mint leaves
1 cup white rum
4 cups ice
1/2 cub club soda
4 lime slices for garnish
How to make it:
Add blueberries, mint, lime juice and sugar to a cocktail shaker. Use the end of a wooden spoon or cocktail muddler to release the oil of the mint that breaks up blueberries making it easier for the sugar to dissolve into the lime juice. Add rum and stir well. Top the pitcher up with ice and your batch should be good to serve 4! Garnish with blueberries, lime and mint leaves.
CRANBERRY GINGER COCKTAIL
What you need:
60ml Cranberry juice
15ml vodka
15lm Ginger simple syrup
15ml Ginger liquer
Handful of Cranberries and ginger coin
How to make it:
Fill a collins glass with ice, and add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker separately. Shake until super chill and strain the mixture in a your glass on the rocks. Garnish with cranberries and ginger coins. Yum!
JALAPENO WATERMELON MARGARITA
What you need:
3 cups pureed watermelon
3/4 cup tequila
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup orange liqueur
2 tablespoon sweetener
2 jalapenos, seeded and sliced
2 limes, thinly sliced
Seasalt, optional
How to make it:
Add all the ingredients in a pitcher and stir to combine. Very gently press some of the jalapenos on the side of the picther to release some of its spiciness. Allow the margarita to chill in the fridge before you serve. Rim your glasses with sea salt. Voila!
