Nothing says glamour like a lady in red, or in this case, ladies in red. Last night at the BAFTAs, these celebs took some seriously bold, and beautiful sartorial steps and knocked us down with scarlet fever!

Annabelle Wallis: Better known as Chris Martin’s girlfriend, Annabell looked stunning in a halter-neck ruffle dress with a daring side split. We absolutely adore the baroque-style floral pattern—cue Oscar De La Renta ready-to-wear 2016—and statement sandals.

Dree Hemingway: The up-and-coming actress and great-granddaughter of Ernest Hemingway, Dree mixed things a little up with a dash of black. The Pre-Fall 2016 Erdem dress made for a rather delightful choice!

Dakota Johnson: Proving fashion’s heartbeat strong and sure, the Fifty Shades of Grey actress stopped traffic in a daring red Dior number. She completed the look with red lipstick and diamond rings, her look proving that less is more.

These ladies offered us a twinkling version of style that’s hard to resist! With the perfect combination of subtle-meets-statement, we were completely enamoured by these shining stars.

Gemma Chan: Forging ahead with the new evening glamour, Gemma served us scattered sequins in form of a Jenny Packham gown, cascading waves and impeccable makeup.

Rooney Mara: Geometric in Givenchy, Rooney demonstrated the right amount of sequins, but with a difference! We cannot get enough of those cutouts and perforated details.

Olga Kurylenko: She flexed her sartorial muscles and what came out was an elegant Ralph & Russo 2016 couture gown, perfected with her side-swept tresses and minimal makeup.

Wowsers! These ladies really know how to vamp up the humble black dress.

Alicia Vikander: Let’s give it to the Swedish actor and dancer, a.k.a., The Danish Girl star Alicia for lugging around a 35lb Louis Vuitton gown with intensive heavy-weight beading. Here’s to making a fierce fashion statement.

Lily Donaldson: The model showed us every inch of her endless legs in a sheer black Saint Laurent gown last night at the BAFTAs.  We love the idea of those beautiful blonde locks and bright red lips!

Cate Blanchett: Last but not the least, Cate’s Alexander McQueen gown could possibly be the best look of the night! The idea of a floral lace around the back and the neckline is nothing short of elegant.
