The first album from EDM duo Jack Ü, it featured various artists such as Justin Beiber, Kiesza, AlunaGeorge, 2 Chainz. The track Where Are Ü Now, also won the award for Best Dance Recording.

Awards: Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song

The lead single from the American band’s second studio album, Sound & Color, which picked up the Best Alternative Album award. The band also made their Grammy performance debut with a rendition of this song.

Award: Record of The Year

Recorded by Ronson for his fourth studio album Uptown Special, the track was one of the biggest hits of 2015, spending almost 14 weeks in the No 1 position on Billboard Hot 100.

Artist: Ed Sheeran

Award: Best Pop Solo Performance

The track, which featured on Sheeran’s album x, was the first song to hit 500 million streams on digital music portal Spotify. The artiste debuted the song, prior to the release of the album, by performing it live on British television show, Later… with Jools Holland.

Artist: Taylor Swift

Award: Album of The Year

Described by Swift as her first official pop album, 1989 represents a departure from the country music of her earlier releases. This is Swift’s second Grammy in the category, making her the only female artist to win the award twice.
