• Koovs.com provides a number of online services, which enables users to purchase mobiles, computers, electronics and accessories, fashion, lifestyle products from many brands and enjoy services like dining, beauty, events etc. (collectively, 'Products' & 'Services').
• Upon placing order Koovs.com shall ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the services.

Registration & Security

• Once registered, you will be confirmed along with your User ID & Password on your registered email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
• You will notify Koovs.com of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
• Koovs.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.

Rules of Conduct

• You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

Applicable Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Bangalore.

Unless otherwise specified, the material on Koovs.com is presented solely for the purpose of sale India. Koovs.com makes no representation of the materials that are appropriate or available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from other locations/Countries other than India do so on their own will and Koovs.com is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Guarantee of Products/Services

Koovs.com hereby disclaims any guarantee of the accuracy in terms of finish and appearance of the final product as ordered by the user. The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website may not meet your expectations.
