1. Once you have bought a service coupon, your printable Koov (service coupon) will become available under 'My Orders' section.

2. A Koover can print the offer, which can then be used at the time of service.

3. The Koov cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.

4. A Koover should follow the 'Highlights' and 'The Fine Print' section to understand the terms of use of the service.
